Here at Artisans, we stand behind our products 100% and will accept a return for any reason. 

If an item is damaged due to shipping, we will gladly take it back and refund your money or replace the item. We will pay for the item to be returned. Please notify us within five business days of receipt of the product.

You have up to 30 days to return an item for any reason other than breakage.  We will refund the purchase price and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us in good condition or bringing it into the store.
